"The staff from the moment we arrived was so genuinely helpful. They set up transportation to Sofi Stadium for us which was super convenient. We were told about the amazing jerk ribs at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. We had them 2 days in a row! Estela, our server at the pool area was an absolute joy! Coming back for the staff and ribs!"

"Can’t ask for a better yet reasonably priced luxury hotel in the Beverly Hills neighborhood. The staff here are absolutely friendly and they keep checking on you everyday. The rooms were stark clean and the facility is spotless. My only cringe is the parking and it’s understandably congested given the space constrained wealthy neighborhood. Don’t recommend renting a car or driving one here as the parking is way expensive, instead use Uber or Waymo and you can ave yourself a lot of time and money."
