Stayed here for a couple of days, had a great experience! We arrived early and received a complimentary room upgrade which was very kind! We were welcomed with drinks and great service! All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful conyemporary hotel with California beach vibe, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. A la Carte breakfast (no buffet) won't suit everyone but there are plenty of alternatives within easy walking dustance. On the downside the pool is exceptionally small, and there is significant construction at the back of the property, which isn't great if you have a room nearby.

The location was nice and clean right next to Santa Monica Pier unfortunately the parking is outrageous. Additional fees for breakfast when you can just walk as much as the distances to the pier to McDonald's.

I didn’t like the fact that for my stay first of all the TV didn’t work I thought for what they charge everything would work..it was frustrating couldn’t even use the pool or the jacuzzi because it was very small and so over crowded the staff wasn’t helpful at all …I felt their breakfast was overpriced..the front reception had an older man working I felt that he was very rude..overall I didn’t have a good experience..I left very disappointed..I feel this Hotel is very expensive and they should train their staff to be more helpful and nice

Gorgeous room in an excellent spot with a balcony and fantastic view of the beach. Staff were lovely. Only minor issue was the volume of the DJ set on the Sat afternoon - I'm not anti loud music at all but we'd been out in the sun all morning and just fancied a chill by the pool for a while, but it was nightclub level loud (i.e. you couldn't talk to one another). Just wish someone had mentioned it to us on arrival when they saw we were travelling with kids so we could have planned around it.
