We stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff was excellent. Hotel was clean and it was obvious that there was many updates. While using the shower we would lose hot water. Also our room had no working air conditioning during the heat wave, we were told upon check in that the ac in the hotel was not working well.

There was dust coming from tbe ceiling because there was mold forming. Toilet leaking. Stains on the wall of the bathroom. Broken plug out of the wall, need to be fixed. The hotel need renovations. Same breakfast everyday, no dairy free, gluten free and vegan options. The only good point was that the staff at the reception was really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I can’t stress this enough, THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE!! But the hotel itself was in a state of disrepair. There were piles of what seemed like sawdust outside my room for the entire stay. The ceiling is peeling and there are lots of paint touch ups needed in and out of the room. Breakfast was.. not great. But they do have a waffle maker, so there’s that. The staff was wonderful!

Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but it was included with your stay which is nice. We had an overnight stay between flights and chose this place due to the proximity to the Toronto airport. I thought it might be noisy but was pleasantly surprised that there was little to no flight noise after 11pm. Rates were a bit pricey in my opinion but that may have been due to the proximity to the airport. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport which was really convenient.

Facilities at hotel room were not good, front desk checked us in without even verifying basic amenities in the room. We had to take shower in different rooms . Not at all family friendly.
