This was a great great budget stay. Being so close to Church street was an extra bonus. I stayed in a single bed room (albeit small) had everything i needed - an ensuite bathroom, microwave, fridge, kettle etc. Would 100% recommend and come back!

Friendly staff, great location, but this is not a hotel, rather a very small rented room where you do nearly everything yourself. There are no amenities, next to no service. It's fine if you know what you're in for, but avoid if you want a real hotel or B&B.
