Customer service was terrible, there were no slippers provided without any prior notice, so heads up to those people who wants to book a stay. Don’t know how other people managed to shower in hotel without slippers. Toothbrushes had to be asked before given out, and I was explicitly told to have to go down to the lobby myself to get the toothbrush, for some reason they can’t bring it up. In no prior hotel experiences had I even been told to have to go down myself, they were all happy to bring it up for me. The room given was also a connected room without prior notice AGAIN, where there are literally doors on both sides of the wall where you can go to other people’s room. There were staff who texted me and asked for my experience with the hotel ON the night of arrival, I replied no and received no further text to address the issue UNTIL I left the hotel???? Then what is the point of asking me? The staff then later texted me wanting to make it up for me, after I texted back there were no replies AGAIN from that point on.
