"It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am. "

"Great gym and spa facilities. Nice to have a Nespresso in the room. Great location. My room window faced into the internal hotel courtyard area, not ideal. Pillows were hard, otherwise the bed was comfortable. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. "

"Shocking noises from air conditioning even when switched off, noise from room above and noises from reception from 630am Complained to reception this morning and was told if i complained last night I'd have been moved, this was after midnight when I got into bed,, I'm disabled lone female and wasn't putting my clothes on to come out at 1am no phone to call reception which I would have and how was I to know about reception noise this morning and totally fobbed off when brought to staff attention this morning which was as soon as I got up and dressed and much before checking out"

"The Hotel room was fabulous we even got a upgrade upon arrival,which we was very pleased about.The staff were so attentive and so friendly from start to finish.We had food in the rooftop restaurant which was fabulous and the views were another great touch.The hotel facilities were great and the gym was really ideal to have at the hotel.The DND bar downstairs had amazing cocktails and a lovely ambiance at night.The location of the hotel was perfect and it is in walking distance to tower bridge.We will definitely be back! I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough."
