"We normally love staying at the Atlantis but found our room noisy for sleeping this time. It seemed like noise from the lifts or external motors were being transferred into our room. Other times we’ve stayed there it has never been a problem. "

"I recently stayed at Flagstaff Gardens Hotel Melbourne and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with their valet parking service. I paid $65 for valet parking, which I was completely fine with — I understand that’s their standard charge. However, the service was extremely poor. When I requested my car, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 25 minutes and the car still wasn’t there. When I asked again how much longer it would take, they simply said, “Sorry, we forgot.” I couldn’t believe it. After that, I had to wait another 20 minutes. In total, they wasted almost an hour of my time. Because of this delay, I missed a specialist appointment that I had travelled 5 hours to attend. This was very important to me, and the lack of professionalism and care from the valet team caused serious inconvenience. Charging $65 for valet is fine — but the service should at least be organised and reliable. Very disappointing experience."
