"Terrible experience. I use Expedia for personal travel but I also use it for business for myself and for my workers. This property wouldn't even let me workers check in. My workers were on the other side of the country and they were rude and refused to let them check in to the room I had previously booked for two nights. Then, they refused to refund the rooms. Expedia was no help in getting this sorted out either. All they wanted to do was shower and sleep. We were left searching for another place to stay at the very last moment. They weren't able to stay, at no fault of ours, and the money paid for the rooms was kept. That is theft. I have never dealt with anything like this before."

"This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night."
