"The room was clean. The front desk staff was amazing as always. Burrard Inn is situated very well for the west end shoppers and diners. And of course St Pauls is across the street for those visiting sick relations. Plus check out time is noon. 11AM comes so quickly when you are packing to go."

"Room was OK in general. Was clean and tidy. Wardrobe door was malfunctioning, should be fixed. Also, woken up by loud mechanical noise on our last day. Staff were all pleasant and helpful."
