"Property was cleaned. Front desk staff and housekeeper very pleasant. Except it rained on my 2nd day there. The passage to my room was wet. I fall another guest assisted me to my room. I called front desk for assistance, I was assured someone would be there, no one came. Disappointed!!!! Food was good in the restaurants. The grill has mostly chicken and burgers. No pork. Chicken seems boiled or baked, not jerk. They added browning into the jerk sauce. The sauce tasted nasty. The lemons was not fresh. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"A dated resort that still has its panache, which harkens back to the glory days of this gigantic property with clean rooms and a blessed staff who go above and beyond the call of duty to make a very special stay. Very popular with families visiting from USA to see their relatives here in Ocho Rios Jamaica"

"Lovely stay. Everything was top notch. Service was incredible. Especially enjoyed the sing alongs in the piano bar."

"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."
