"Second time at couples sans souci, always the best time there!! The staff is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoy conversation with them. The Java bar is the best and Aaliyah made some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (and I’m a diehard Starbucks addict) Aaron the photographer was funny and sociable and enjoyed all our interactions with him. Germaine one of the grounds keepers was truly the sweetest and kindest person. Ruth at the spa, was kind, sweet and honestly gave the BEST massage. Alex and Bob in water sports were encouraging to participate in all the resort has to offer. My point is the staff is welcoming and genuine and really make the stay that much better. The hotel and all the amenities are literally the best. We did everything from paddle boarding to relaxing by the pool. The food is delicious. There is a good variety of dishes and there is something for everyone but their traditional Jamaican dishes are the best and what I literally crave when I’m back stateside. Transportation to and from the hotel is an added bonus and staying at the couples lounge at the airport is a treat. You’re not waiting for hours and the short wait time you are there you get to enjoy a red stripe and snacks upon your arrival, a great kick off to your vacation. I can literally go on and on about how amazing this place is and the gorgeous and secluded views. I highly recommend this hotel in Jamaica. It’s our favorite place, feels like HOME. ❤️"

"The hotel‘s setting is absolutely perfect. From our verandah we walked past an immaculate croquet lawn straight on to the beach. Staff were professional and friendly. The GM runs a tight ship. "

"The staff are lovely, very attentive and helpful. The place is amazing, I love the way in which the lodge is built into the rocks and around the trees, so natural and authentic, wonderful. The views are stunning. There are so many beautiful areas to relax or explore, fantastic, the gardens and little areas, just perfect. Our new go-to place in Ocho Rios. "Comfortable and near to everything "

"It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. "

"The staff was the most amazing collection of talent and I was blown away by the service by Clive, Ivan (the terror), all the security guards (over the top helpful with local places and how to get there safely). Everyone genuinely loves working there. I will returning in three weeks!"
