"Resort just opened on April 1 and half of the resort is not opened (planned for December). Expedia advertised as all available. Dispite that I had lovely time. They had limited numbers of guests which meant no big crowds at the restaurants and buffet. Rooms, pools, and beaches were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Food wasn't amazing but it was ok. There are still repairs going on and there were some issues with roof leaking in one of the restaurants, but all was fixed quickly. "

"I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at Moon Palace, and overall, it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were greeted with drinks, warm towels, and a beautiful flower, which immediately set the tone. The check-in process was seamless—I especially appreciated how the staff handled our luggage. They took our bags, provided a ticket system, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It felt organized, efficient, and different from any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The layout of the property is beautiful, and I loved the variety of dining options available. One thing that stood out to me was how services and excursions are charged to your room rather than paid upfront—it added a level of convenience that I really appreciated. Also, having someone personally take your bags to the room and walk you through everything was a nice touch. The food was okay—not bad, but not a standout. My main concern was with housekeeping. We checked in on Friday, and our room wasn’t cleaned until around 7 p.m. the following day. This was disappointing, especially since I saw housekeeping staff on the floor throughout the day, yet no one came to service our room until much later. Additionally, the wait time at the buffet to be seated was quite long, and it also took a while for anyone to come over and offer drinks or assistance. I’m not sure "

"The resort is absolutely beautiful, one of the prettiest I’ve ever stayed at! There are so many restaurants to choose from, and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. The only downside is that, for an adults-only resort, it felt a bit slow-paced and honestly kind of boring at times. None of the bars open until 10 AM, and the pool closes by 6 PM. The “foam party” was also underwhelming and didn’t really live up to the name."

The entertainment was lively and fun. DJ famous knew how to keep the crowd and entertain the people very well."

"A little gem of a hotel. For a more authentic Jamaican stay away from the bland big commercial resorts and hotels. Very friendly staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I will return and recommend highly."
