"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"The property is beautiful. We loved our beach house. Having Excellence Club level, made a big difference for us. We enjoyed the daily resort activities and the nightly shows. Michael Jackson was entertaining. The beach is just enough & very clean. The staff really make you feel like royalty. Our favorite bartender is Rodney. Our favorite Guest Specialist is Trishana. She took great care of us & always checked on us during our stay. The Davids will be back. When we return we want to hear again, WELCOME HOME! "
