Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to.

This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. Several people walked away from the bar...

Fantastic property just off International drive, minutes from the premium outlets. We had a two bedroom apartment which was lovely inside. Very new furniture and very clean. Our view of the pool and lazy river was great. Grounds were fantastic too. Really couldn't complain about anything. Check was nice and smooth. We dealt with Sterling and he was really funny and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
