"3 nights in this warm and welcoming home. House is close for any events at Lackland. This little cottage had everything and more. Clean, comfortable, and totally equipped for any need. The beautiful backyard was the bonus. A relaxing venue to start and end our day. Hostess was always available for any questions or concerns. So happy we found Cozy for our stay. Will book again if visiting San Antonio in the future. "

"We stayed here for 5 full days. If you stay more than a couple days, you will need to buy garbage bags and wash your towels. There is only one towel per person, no wash clothes and only one hand towel. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes. I dried one load 4 times and it still didn't dry. Before grocery shopping check the cooking utensils to make sure you have the right cooking stuff for the things you buy. "We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. "

"The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought...
