Service and staff is the issue. I saw the reviews but thought things would have changed, but they have not. I had lots of issues during the stay. The room service did not clean the room and when I called lobby they told me that the sign wasn't there which was just not true. There was no effort for a good customer service instead lobby person started arguing and told me they are busy with checkins. The rooms facing the pool are noisy. They say pool closes at 9PM but that doesn't stop kids from entering the pool. IF you get pool facing room you can kiss goodbye to a good night sleep. Last but not the least, couple valet guys are arrogant, when I asked one of them for change for 20 to tip he asked me if I want 15 or 10 back. The driver side footrest had something nasty stuck on it when I got my car back, and I know it wasn't from my shoe. My car stunk for a good long after that.
