The Solo Motel was clean, convenient with friendly staff. The room was comfortable, with all the essentials you would need. Our room had parking directly outside our door which was perfect. The surrounding area is a little run down, but this shouldn’t stop you from staying here, it’s a perfect stop for a night or two and close enough to central locations (Crypto Arena etc).

Staff Clean room Location

Loved the Kasa. Location was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with out of this world views. Waking up looking at the Hollywood sign is a lifelong memory. Recommend the Kasa!

Excellent hotel with fab pool.

Right in the middle of of DTLA, easy transportation to most of the tourist attractions. Metro, Waymo, and Uber to take you to Hollywood or to Downtown Santa Monica.

The Sheraton Gateway in LAX is superb. Excellent location, complimentary airport transfer and helpful staff. Good bars and restaurant in the hotel. I had a buffet breakfast which could be improved, but if you order items off the menu they are prepared for you and better value for money. Having said that the best airport stop over I’ve had in the USA. The rooms are large and bright with a very comfortable bed. Definitely see you for my next stay in Los Angeles

Excellent hotel and facilities good location

Great location, excellent service!! But. . everything extra is VERY expensive. $60.00 for a room service pizza with no drinks, that was cold and quite poor quality. Beer at $12.00 each, plus room service charges. But the worst was parking. Do not drive here! Take Uber! Charge was $71.00 a night!!! Nearly $300 for a 4 night stay!! The location is great though, right across the street from The Beverly Centre and a CVS (cheap beer!) and it feels safe. Uber is plentiful or Waymo (driverless!! Scary...

We had an excellent 3 nights at Villa Brazil, 23 - 25/7/26. The Brazilian family who run the motel couldn't have been more helpful & friendly! We had a fantastic meal in their restaurant the first night & I can highly recommend that as well. We just wish that we'd had time to have another meal there. One of our biggest concerns when booking a hotel in LA for the first time was safety & again on this front we felt extremely safe for the duration of our stay! It was great to have somewhere to park...

If you don’t mind travelling into downtown or BH, a fantastic property close to LAX that feels like an escape. And with Manhattan Beach in close proximity.

Absolutely my favorite hotel in Los Angeles. The service is impeccable, and I love the pool, restaurants, rooms, landscaping -- everything.
