"The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, you can ask them about anything and they will try to help you. The hotel also has like a cafe attached to it. Really good coffee and food if you want something simple! The room was clean"

"Poor communication on their "shuttle" service . We signed up ahead of time they told us $10 a person , we waited patiently and 15 minutes after our scheduled time they still hadn't communicated that they were running late , we decided to get an uber instead which showed up in seconds . Their elevators didn't work half of the time . The beds were comfy but they need more organization knowing that they are dealing with cruisers and timelines Also coffee sucked , vending machines were overpriced and had horrible selections. Do better"

"The room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Great location and less expensive than the hotel across the street. One of two elevators was out of order. There is only complimentary coffee before 7 am. After that you have to pay at the expensive cafe. "

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional. I’d stay here again for sure! Such a comfortable place to stay!"
