"Great Place to Visit "

"While our room looked out on the adjacent building there was a mural. The room was large and well decorated with an extra room for storage. There is no lift and assistance was provided with luggage. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants for dinner and a cafe on the premises serves limited breakfast and takeaway coffee. There is an on-site pub and feedback was provided this was not welcoming as the most attractive seating was reserved for larger parties, even though it was empty. The windows were dirty and the 50% welcome cocktail discount was misrepresented as a charge of $10 was levied for an eligible $18 cocktail. Staff said they would provide this feedback to management. "
