Only 2 minor issues: The ice was in a bag which was a solid mass you had to bang on the countertop to break up. And one elevator was down the whole time we were there. But the staff were very accommodating and helpful."

"AC wasn't working on a 80-degree day, and window won't open. When we told the staff, they sent up a mediocre fan that only circulated the hot air inside the room. It was like sleeping in a sauna, Location is great, but the stay was not comfortable at all."

We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage. "
