"The room was modern, in great condition and clean! We were by the elevator but didn’t hear any hallway noise overnight, the bed was comfy too. The staff were friendly and professional. Perfect location for a quick walk to shows at the paramount theater, with lots of other shopping, fun, restaurants and the link station in walking distance! "

"No elevator at all. If you're not on the first floor you lug your bags up flights of steps.They charge you $25 amenities fee for things you don't use or want. And if you want the shuttle to the port it's an additional $20 charge. Avoid this property. "

"The room was beautiful and clean! Adorable little building. We got a room with a bathroom and it a view of the main street. The only thing I can think of is that there should be better direction on where to check in and park. You have to check in at the Ballard hotel to get the key to the Ballard Inn. It was easy once we figured that part out. It was a great stay. Bed was comfy as well. Will definitely stay again!"
