"Was very pleased with my stay here for many reasons. It’s in a great location the space needle is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel room, hallways, and lobby were all very clean at all hours which is a plus. The staff is super friendly from valet,to front desk, and house keeping staff. The room was a bit on the small side but still manageable. The view was great I do not have a single complaint about this property and would recommend it to others. "

"This hotel was in a convenient location in downtown Seattle. The room felt a little cramped, but most of our day was spent out in Seattle. The staff were friendly, short walk to the waterfront. Building itself felt a little aged but overall a good stay."

"Didn’t really get to interact with staff other than the valet attendants. The gentlemen parking the cars were very kind, polite, friendly and respectful. The virtual staff (texting me throughout our stay) were helpful. The location was near all major attractions, walking distance. Over all, good experience! Would definitely stay there again. "

"I booked my reservation intending to stay at the Maxwell location. However, the reservation was somehow processed under Hotel Five instead. When I arrived at Maxwell and realized the issue, I immediately made a new reservation there so I could check in. I did this in good faith, assuming the original booking would be refunded since the system appears to have placed it at the wrong property. I did not use the Hotel Five reservation and only stayed at Maxwell. I'll be pursuing this further."

"Nice staff, ans very accommodating. The property is decorated in a novel eclectic manner, but the facility is showing it’s age, particularly in the bathrooms and some of the common spaces. Comfortable bed, good location, expensive parking but within about average for the area"
