"The room was utterly disgusting. It was filthy. There were stains all over the washroom (washable), the room was filthy, it wasn’t swept and certainly not wiped down. There wasn’t even a window in the room. It was significantly misrepresented online. It was only for one full day, and two nights, any longer and we would have had to search elsewhere. The location is the only selling feature"

"3/5 stars. After a long day of traveling, the check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived after the posted check-in time but still had to wait about an hour for our room. The staff member assisting us didn’t seem very welcoming, which made the wait more frustrating. The room itself was decent for the area, but the shower turned cold halfway through. Overall the stay was okay, but improving the check-in process and guest service would make a big difference for future guests."

"It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days.. "
