"Internet was intermittent room was clean and slow in getting serviced but it’s a big hotel so that’s not unusual. Location was great for all of London attractions shows and even being back to Heathrow was a short walk to the tube and a very quiet train ride right into Heathrow … I’d definite stay there again "

"Ideal for overnight stay. Walking distance to Kings Cross/St Pancras. Rooms modern and compact. Staff efficient and helpful . Bar etc in Lobby. Downside no tea making facilities in the room. Overall excellent value for money."

"A good place to stay if you’re going to a show at Royal Albert Hall ( which we did ) - very convenient short walk. The hotel is next door to Kensington Palace & Gardens as well. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms which was very clean & comfortable on the first floor. We also parked in the underground car park at the hotel. This car park is not designed for large cars ( we were ok as our car is smaller Honda Jazz) but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a bigger car. "

"Well located hotel close to Waterloo station with an easy and very short walk to Westminster, South Bank and Embankment. We stayed in a twin room, it was clean and comfortable with a huge bath and toiletries provided. The room also had a small kitchenette area with kettle, microwave, sink, fridge and cutlery and crockery. The hotel breakfast was nice, although we were there at peak time and some items weren't replaced as quickly as they should, meaning there was no yogurt left, no sourdough bread for the toaster, and also one of the coffee machines was out of coffee for about half an hour, but the staff were working hard and kept the breakfast area clean and tidy, and it was peak time so these things are sometimes inevitable! The breakfast choice was plentiful, with fruit, cereals, toast, fresh rolls, full hot English breakfast items, pancakes, pastries, and omelettes available, along with tea, coffee (including decaf), hot chocolate, and a good selection of milks and fruit juices. Would stay here again."

"The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public."

"Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay."

"The hotel itself was nice and the location near Trafalgar Square is excellent. However, we booked two rooms together and one was allocated in the Club Quarters wing requiring a long walk through fire doors and corridors, which was inconvenient for our group"
