"This hotel is very well situated with the Hop On/Big Bus having a stop right there, as well the amenities are fantastic. A very cute, clean and delish coffee and pizza restaurant with a nice outside patio as well as modern and comfortable inside seating right beside a wonderful Pub that also has indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good at both places and it was so convenient to just get back to the hotel after a full and busy day sightseeing on the bus to have great choices right there. The staff were really great as well. Our room was also very clean and a very nice updated bathroom with a huge tub/shower unit. We would certainly stay here again."

"This is a creepy, dystopian hotel four stories underground. If the creepiness and claustrophobia weren't enough, my shower didn't drain and my air conditioning didn't work. No one came to swap out my soaking towel (from cleaning up the non-draining shower). Stay anywhere else if you can afford it."

"We had a deluxe room. When we arrived there was not any milk on the hospitality tray. We asked at reception and were told they did not have any available! The next day we asked if we could have the room serviced and we were told you had to request this. So we asked if they could note that we would like our room serviced. This did not happen at all during our 3 night stay. Not impressed."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. The rooms were lovely, we had a superior room and found it be quite roomy. The best part of this hotel however is the staff, the front desk staff and concierge were all amazing. Special thanks to Roman who helped coordinate a few activities for us! I would definitely stay here if I was back in London!!!"
