"We were only informed that we could only use the pool for 1 hour pre booked slot a day on arrival. If we had known this in advance we probably would have chosen another hotel with more flexibility "

"Not the best start when the fire alarm went off just after we'd arrived. Towels weren't changed until 4 pm. Long wait in restaurant. No sandwiches available on room service."

"Beautiful venue and rooms were lovely, unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable which was a shame, it looked like 2 divans had been put together to make a king size and there was a hard beam running down the middle of the bed. It didn’t ruin the stay it was just a bit disappointing for such a lovely place. However the cleanliness was top notch and I felt happy overall."

"What a fantastic location. Hotel is in a prime location. Warm welcome. Rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast choice was lovely we both enjoyed it. It’s fantastic the hotel link to the multistory carpark. "
