The Staff were courteous and helpful, with a pleasant manner. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well equipped. The food was superb. The central location was superb for walking. Car parking adjacent to the hotel was very easy for parking and very central to hotel, shops and sight seeing. I would use this hotel again when I next visit Bath.

The front desk put us in a handicap accessible room which lead to a mess in the bathroom everytime we showered and the workers seemed to be annoyed with having to work

The staff were helpful and friendly, as always. However, on this visit I was disappointed on two counts. (1) We stayed for 3 nights but our room was not made up at all. We had to ask for clean towels. (2) The menu on the first night was very limited, but we dined and enjoyed. On the second night the menu was exactly the same one, so we went to a restaurant on the second and third night. This is not what I have come to expect from Hilton Hotels. We hope our next visit will be better.

The hotel itself was great and the room was good. The only issue was the checkin experience. We had to wait quite a bit to check in as there was nobody at the reception. Then they asked us to give a credit card and sign a form and accept possible extra charges! This was a first and I had never seen this in any other hotels and I felt it was a bit insulting.
