"Centrally located, this hotel has modern updated rooms, and sits across from St. John’s church in Cirencester. No parking onsite, but there is long stay parking within a five minute walk, as well as a drop off zone directly in front of the hotel, to facilitate luggage deposit. Would definitely stay again."

"I have stayed here a number of times now. It is always clean, the staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable, the leisure facilities good and the food plenty and well priced. "

"Room ok, some dirty marks in the bathroom. A little cool in the room and couldn’t see how to change the temperature. On the plus side, room was very spacious and great coffee machine. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast choice was excellent. The drinks choice was very good. "

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "
