Stayed many times, beautiful hotel. Food amazing, comfortable bed, large rooms and bathroom. Very peaceful sleep. Cirencester is a fabulous town to visit. One of my favourites.
All the staff were friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding we all had a fantastic time. The wedding coordinator, Daisy, was excellent. The day ran smoothly and without issues, just what you need. It was the hottest day in May on record, and still, the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special.
The food was delicious.
Thank you to all the staff, brilliant.
Wonderful room and facilities, great value and a lovely location. The attention to detail in the room to make your stay comfortable is above and beyond I’ve experienced at other hotels
A nicely renovated older building in a central location with excellent access to town centre. We had a larger room which was nicely decorated. Loved the milk for my tea/coffee in the room, and the welcome cookies. Bed comfy and good towels. Would’ve appreciated a magnifying mirror for makeup, and an in room fridge. The restaurant/ bar was good, but seemed to have very restrictive hours, and service was not as attentive as it could’ve been. No room
service or phone in room either. A small hiccup with aircon was promptly dealt with. Breakfast was good.

Everything was first class lovely place staff were great.
Great hotel. Lovely room with lots of little touches — and plus points for having decent sized mugs for tea instead of piddly little cups. The breakfast cooked to order was very good on all 3 days and the restaurant meal very good. Parking is a bit of a chore but manageable. Staff all very pleasant
Breakfast was excellent and service was perfect too. Rooms are lovely quiet and comfortable.

Comfortable and cosy room, a welcome oasis from the weather outside. Perfect central location and a great view out onto the market square. Well equipped, and with a good hot shower. All the staff we encountered were super-friendly, and it was an all-round nice and welcoming place to stay for a winter break.
The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight.
