Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

Very beautiful hotel with a very warm welcoming staff.
I stayed with my 4 yr old daughter. They looked after her need very well. Food was prepared as per my request and was promptly served by in- room dinning. From cleanisiness , toiletry, beddings to food, everything was reflecting it's high standard.
Hotel Manager had given us a room with airport view so that my daughter can enjoy her stay in hotel.

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing.
