"I asked one of the porter at the reception to bring my luggage down from my room so that I can check out..He said ok, after 30 minutes no one turned up, I had to drag my own luggage, soon they saw me near the reception they all prayed on me like a volcher and expected money from me. I didn’t like that "

We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"
