I enjoyed my 3-night stay here. Front Desk Neha, she was so helpful from checking in to checking out, very caring and professional, always with a smile. Executive lounge Anshu Kumar remembered my favorite foods, always brought them to me. Their caring and smiles made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. We had a one-night stay at The Westin, and I must say it’s the best luxury property in Gurugram. The hotel has a distinct charm and elegance that sets it apart from others in the region. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The lobby is nice and elegant. Rooms however lack cleanliness. Our bedsheets were dirty and so was the bathroom, however when we informed staff they promptly changed the sheets. The bathrooms and bathtubs need to be cleaned properly if they wish to maintain their standards. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options

I have been traveling for over 20 years and the staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced in the world. Incredibly attentive and professional. The food was amazing. The staff helped us each morning with some of the dishes we were unfamiliar with and created food based on our preferences. The exceeded everything we could imagine.
