Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

If you want a hotel that has all of the staff bowing and scraping before you ... they would probably blow your own nose given half a chance, then this the place for you. If you have more more money than sense and want to be obscenely pampered, then this is the place for you. The Serenity around the resort and super peaceful area away from hustle bustle of city life!! The Sunrise was awesome, Very close to Nature and to top that quite helpful staff

Rooms were nice and staff was excellent

This property have 5 rooms per flat, adjoining common living and dining area with kitchen. Kitchen has no amenities but you can use Living area. And, be prepared to share the common area with occupants of other rooms. Overall it was a great experience for us. And, breakfast was really nice.

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing. I want to extend special Thanks to...

The property is very nice and properly maintained. The staff is very polite abd courteous. The only thing they can do better is add activities in the package itself and not pay extra for Tambola and other games.

Great hotel, great location and very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent, good food choices for all tastes. Housekeeping / laundry very good and rooms were clean. My only minor issue was that the bathroom was showing signs of customer wear and needed refurbishment in places.

Staff was really good front desk as well As other staff all were good, property was clean we only faced issue with AÇ cooling which was not up to the mark might be the room was too big as we booked suite otherwise it was good stay

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !
