"What a fantastic hotel. We booked this out of necessity after a local hotel just didn't meet our standards and wow did we get a treat! A service from the airport (Thank you Mohd Nasseem). Beautiful building and pool. Loved the steam room, sauna, gym, and their food (especially the buffet was delicious - the best Indian selection with great local chefs). The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. "I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked.
