It was really nice, they were very helpful since we were going to miss check in time because we were struggling to get our rental. And they were able to get us in. The place was clean and even smelled clean.

When we got to the property noticed there was no light in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and this person said, “there was light before you got there”. We had to use our cell phone light to go to the bathroom. Then I asked for Wi-Fi name and the person went mute. Very poor service and communication.

this is a very cute, cozy, clean and well kept property. Easy and convenient parking. The host was very nice and helpful. the only downside is that it is in the 4th floor with no elevator, however, the view compensates it.

Loved our stay but there is no air conditioning outside the bedrooms. It helps cool down the space if you use the fan to circle the air.

Chalet San Pedro

Facilites were good to excellent. Response from manager or owner to questions and issues were responded to immediately. Facilities were not closed to restaurants and shopping areas. You will need a vehicle to move around. Building has no elevator.

The property was very clean, the apartment was very spacious, the owners were very friendly and willing to help in times of need. We felt very safe in the apartment. Things that can be improve are the bird nest on the windows, the birds were very noisy very early in the morning. I think that window curtains in the room to block the sun could help a lot. The apartment didn't have a hair blower which I believe should be a most. In overall, our experience was amazing, the apartment was very close to a beach and places to eat. I would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful and well kept. The owner is very fast to respond. The view is incredible. Very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. It is hard to Uber from the location. I would recommend a rental car. There are taxis available in the area. There is a little store in the neighborhood. It is a red house with perfume bottles advertised in the front. They sell perfume but not just that. They have everything in there from, shampop, drinks, flashlights, meat, shoes, toys, purses, etc. Back to the apartment again, the bed is comfy, the couch is comfy,great water pressure. The unit comes with lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very safe and gated community as well. We give it a 10 out of a 10.

The property is in very poor condition. The washer and dryer do not work, there is a hole in the ceiling that they used foam to try to patch it. Well it rained the whole time we were there for a funeral and water was all over the bedroom floor. I almost slipped on the tiles going to the bathroom it was so much water. I tried to call the number listed in the email and there wasn’t ever an answer. The apartment is hot as the only air conditioning unit is in the bedroom and would only work on low. The hot water was never hot, Luke warm at best. The owner needs to fix broken things this little place has so much potential!

A comfortable stay

I enjoyed my brief stay in this apartment which is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. At night you can hear the coqui as you sit out on the balcony or up on the roof to which you have exclusive access. The air conditioning in the bedroom cools the room well. The apartment is cozy and clean. Its location is about 15 minutes from night kayaking at the lagoon and 20 minutes from the ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Self-check-in was easy, you get an email a day before your stay with clear instructions. Heads up that you are asked to leave $30 for housekeeping so make sure to have cash on you.

Although we enjoyed the unique rooftop access, we thought we had booked two bedrooms, but only one was unlocked. The couch accomodated, but a bed would have been nicer.

While this is an excellent property for the area, there are a number of minor things that might make your vacation less than ideal. First off, this is out of the way of everything and you will absolutely need a car to get there. Not an issue, but be aware. The gate to the complex has a bad personality and will rarely respond to the punched in codes. Sometimes even the remote control doesn't work. Not the owner's fault, but be aware. The windows are not sound-proof so you will hear the frogs all night long and the roosters when the frogs go to bed... Might be an issue for light sleepers. Also the air conditioning is extremely loud and it will most likely be impossible to keep it on overnight, as the only AC units are in the bedrooms. Lastly, and for this I fault the owner, the second bedroom is only unlocked on request - I find this to be a misleading advertisement, as the unit is advertised as 2 bedrooms. If you need 2 bedrooms make sure to ask for it. OK, now that all the negatives have been listed, let's see the positives: the apartment is very clean, the owner is responsive and unobtrusive. Parking is easy and big enough for 2 cars if needed. We didn't cook, but there are pots, pans and utensils, even coffee filters, which was nice. Make sure to never leave any food on the countertops otherwise you'll be visited by ants. Overall this is a very nice property and excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.
