Despite the poor check-in experience we encountered, our stay at Lebua State had its moments. Upon our arrival, the woman at the front desk misled us by claiming that the room we had booked was unavailable and that we would have to accept an alternate room. I refused, as that was not what we had paid for. After she consulted with the manager, she suddenly informed us that our original room was indeed available and offered us club access as a complimentary gesture while we waited for 30 minutes. However, I made it clear that we had already paid for club access.Another staff member eventually arrived with the key, but getting to speak with a manager in person was a challenge. Initially, the manager wanted to address our concerns over the phone, but I insisted on a face-to-face conversation, which she finally agreed to.We had opted for club access, but the club closed at 6 PM, which made little sense and prevented us from fully enjoying the facilities. This felt like a waste. Additionally, we chose to have breakfast included, but no one was available to show us around, which significantly lowered the level of service we expected.On a positive note, the balcony was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. We did receive a complimentary voucher upon exit, and there were staff members who were attentive to our needs. Our request for a late check-out was granted, although we had some issues with the key.One frustrating aspect was that you cannot use the club facilities after you chec

Very large and comfortable room, with beautiful views of the city. For the most part the service was excellent. The gym was small and a bit run-down, and there were a few dings in the furniture in the room but otherwise the level of maintenance was acceptable. The food and bar options on the property were excellent, though generally high-end. Having at least one casual option other than the pool-side would be nice.
