Dissatisfied. Very nice staff, but rooms were in bad condition. 2/2 leaking showers and a gross AC mishap that forced us to change rooms. Would not recommend, and would not come back.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The building is not new but still keeps in good condition. The swimming pool is quite good.

I have stayed here many times and 7 visits over the last few months. This last visit they just dropped the ball. My "upgraded" was NOT an upgrade and they didn't care. The maid service stole one of my prescriptions and the bar in the main lobby charged for cocktails undelivered and did not want to talk about it. The front desk staff offered no reasons for the down graded room. I went from a room with chairs and a desk in really good condition to a "Family Room" where the office chair, desk and the casual seating was replaced with Bunk Beds. I had no place to work or be on the laptop. The room was oppressive and outdated. If they had been honest and said you had a late arrival and this is what we have left at least would have been honest. My other visits were great however I will find a new hotel in Bangkok now. What a disappointment!

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Unfortunately hotel wi-fi is poor (not worth advertising) and water pressure in the shower could be better. A guide to what tv channels are what would also be helpful.
