This is a large, spacious hotel, with an outdoor pool and several delicious restaurants. It’s a 3-star hotel, so reasonably priced, but to me it felt more like 4 stars. The wide, high-ceilinged reception area is a great place to relax, with a cup of tea or a cocktail, and our room had a beautiful river view. I see some reviewers think the fixtures need renovating, but they seemed perfectly fine to me. We stayed 4 nights and were looked after very well by the kind and friendly staff. I suppose one reason for the reasonable pricing is the location, somewhat further down the river than the more expensive hotels, but the free shuttle boat up the river takes only about 15 minutes and from there you can easily get to the main tourist sites in the river. Thoroughly recommended and we hope to stay there again.

Overall stay was greet except for the bath tub drainer that was faulty despite me reminding them over two days. Had to give up and use the shower instead. Massage service also suspended due to renovation being carried out at the wellness centre.

Second stay at this hotel with family, located at riverside with chatter boats operating 8am-8pm daily connecting to a BTS station, beautiful amenities, generous room size and breakfast with lots of varieties. Thankfully we got two rooms with internal connections which is great for family, would stay here again!
