The check in was smooth. No upgrade was offered. The room was compact and smaller than I had expected and felt a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast was ordinary considering the price. The staff were courteous. I had a second booking in this hotel made through Bonvoy which I have since cancelled and booked at an alternative apart hotel with double the space and half the price.
