The hotel’s right in the middle of the nightlife, but the room itself was quiet and comfy. The rooftop pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a decent buffet breakfast with Thai, Indian and American dishes. For the price you really can’t go wrong, and I’d happily stay here again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, if we had a problem they always sorted them out very quickly. The cleaners always cleaned our room very well and they can be trusted, never had any worries with leaving things out. Excellent

If you consider (and pay) this hotel as it was max a 3 star, then It met all the expectations. It has a run down appearance and there are bits and bobs that would really need fixing/changing (i.e. room lamps shades are stained, a/c is very noisy, swimming pool ladder is broken and bottom needs some cleaning) but everything is working, it is quiet at night and the location is good. Breakfast basic but with all we needed ( fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs and coffee). For the price we paid it was a good choice!

The location is absolutely amazing. Empshere mall is right across the front door. bts phrom phong is about 5 minute's away. There were some minor issues, no hot water, safe not working, phone charger not working and thr staff was very friendly and helped out immediately.

Literally across from IKEA Mall! Dining options in either directions. Near the BTS rail, tuk tuk and motosai are always outside. A functional rooftop pool, gym and sauna.

Very busy hotel in a great location. Staff members are excellent. The hotel needs to be kept clean. Too much of mildew in the bathroom and the laundry room looks like my clothes could get dirty coming out of the room. If you only need a few night to explore Bangkok, this hotel is a great choice due to its location.

I didn't use the optional breakfast. The hotel could use a refresh. The rooms were old and dated, but very functional. The hotel staff always greeted me coming and going. The hotel is located in a GREAT location. The rooms had a musty smell, but overall good. The housekeeping was hit and miss. Sometimes cleaned early, other days 5pm or later. The pool area only had 3 lounges, and a couple of seats. There were no towels in the pool area. Overall great location, but really dated rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

My stay at the Arawana Regency Park was very, very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and it was very convenient to many good shopping and eating destinations. Though the hotel is older and could use remodeling, it is well maintained and an excellent value for the price. When I left, I forgot my valuables in the safe. Before I could contact them, Ken, the manager, contacted and told me he had and would hold them for me to pick up. Ken helped me avert a disaster and I cannot thank him and the staff enough. If you stay at this hotel, you can be confident that the staff is trustworthy and extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.
