"Great hotel. Great location. Clean and modernized. Grab and Go breakfast included which was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. "
"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "
"The hotel is in a great area - walking distance to MOMA, 5th Avenue, Central Park, and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a breakfast buffet that is expensive (probably fair by NYC prices) but has a wide selection and was very convenient for hungry kids in the morning. Overall, very good and would stay there again."
"I love this hotel. I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’ve had zero issues. It’s clean - next to everything and the beds are beyond comfortable. Also for being close to if not in times square - zero noise in the hallways and bedroom - maybe the first time in a long time I slept so well in manhattan:) "
