Staff were really polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our room was spacious but cozy, with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely guesthouse in a quiet upscale area of Portabello. 15 min walk to the sea and shops. 10 min bus to the Edinburgh Center 2,20 for the bus. We ubered it at night 9,80. We had a 1dbl/1sgl room 3 adults. Small but cozy. Free parking on site depending on bookings. "

"Place was clean, conveniently close to the Royal Mile to walking distance, lot of buses and transportation is available to major interest places. The house is beautiful and convenient parking in the rear. You get a code for the front doors and the room key is inside. They have fruit and maps available. The staff is amicable and helpful. Highly recommended. "

"Quaint stone house converted in to a 10 room hotel. These are quite common in Edinburgh, and there are quite a few of them in the same area. Recently renovated and clean. The other guests were all quite which was nice. A short distance from the action of the Royal Mile, about 10 min by buses that run ever few minutes. WiFi was very slow, but other then that it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again."
