"We stayed 5 nights. Room was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Hotel restaurant and bar were convenient and good. Location was great! We will definitely stay again. "
"This property was a great stay for our last night in London. Its location was idea for the attractions we wanted to see. Service was phenomenal and the room was immaculate. We 100% recommend!"
"Checking in was terrible, staff was rude and the room was terrible. The room was very outdated completely different from the pictures they post online."
"I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further."
"The property was fantastic for myself and my friend doing the half marthon. So conveniently positioned in the heart of London. We did struggle a bit without a window or hair dryer but we got used to it. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money."
"Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent."
"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."
