A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

The design, hacienda style, gardens, terraces and pool of the property were beautiful. The hotel Ocean Club at the beach was also wonderful great location not too big, not too crowded perfect beach and ocean views and sunset vistas.

Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package,...

Beautiful property, the family suite was stunning and the service was impeccable. We went for the “all inclusive” service and the food was okay, nothing extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel spotless, pool/beach amenities excellent. Free yoga classes daily very welcome. Central Location perfect for walking to cafes, restaurants, shops.

UNBEATABLE LOCATION and looong working hours of the swimming pool, which is much appreciated. The staff was lovely, the rooms were comfortable and the aircon worked beautifully. The hotel also has beach front loungers. However, this hotel has seen much better days, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel anymore. It is in high need of a refurbishment. Upon check in, we were given a room that stank of dampness and had mold in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, and the ventilation grille...

Wonderful stay . Great location. Not many sunloungers on the roof so always in use but the beach is so close it wasn’t a problem . Excellent breakfast choices served in the hotel across the road. Would recommend

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...

Near enough to good restaurants but quiet enough to be relaxing. Good rooms with beautiful views and quality restaurants in the hotel. Staff very well trained and clearly happy in their jobs.

It was a great stay but need to drive or get a taxi to PV or to walk off the property. Sea was nice and the overall stay was really good.

Once you get past the time share sales gimmicks and get settled in its a great resort - do not do the all inc. tho as so much more to see in the centre itself and so much cheaper.
