"The receptionist Ivan was very helpful with my luggage that needed to be stored safely because I could not take it to my room which was on the 5th floor. The room was clean and nice."

"The Alejandro room is beautiful and spacious! Was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed everything about it, from check in to check out the staff were above and beyond helpful. The rooftop pool was ours to ourselves three times in two nights stay. We are definitely going to stay here again :)"
