"Staff was amazing but lots of things to work on biggest concern was a glass door shut in my son smashing into him causing lots if cuts some pretty deep he lost 3 days of swimming and was in a lot of pain they told him anything he wanted they would comp but when check out came they charged him and complained he bleed on there sheets (there fault he was bleeding) this was my second time at this resort but i dont think ill ever be back that door could have killed my son and left him with scars for life plus the lost of 3 days vacation for him was definitely not fair. "

"The room that smelled of sewage, the walls were falling apart and the room was full of dust. There were dead cockroaches and nothing about this place was all inclusive. There’s a buffet for breakfast and lunch with no pool side services. You have to make a mad dash to reserve 1 of 3 restaurants for dinner and if you’re lucky to get a reservation be ready to sit in an empty room and terrible service. Don’t dare ask for seconds because it’s an all inclusive after all. The staff at the bar and the kids area were kind and welcoming. The pools and kids areas were overcrowded and although I would see a lifeguard every now and then on the property I never saw one at the pool. Over all the stay is no where worth it if you are looking for a clean true all inclusive."

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "
