We stayed one night and everything was wonderful. The room was clean and we appreciated that it was in a mall area that allowed us to shop around. Seemed very safe. The breakfast buffet was lovely. And Jaime the bellman was excellent, every time we needed something, he was there to help!

We ended up staying here twice due to the cartel activity. The location is great. The mall is attached to it. Great restaurants across the street. The only thing we missed was having a refrigerator in the room.

Room was very clean but towels and water were set up for One person instead of 2. They appeared short staffed because we had to wait for a while to check in; that may have been because of lateness in the day. Very accommodating once we were checked in. Location great .

Very central hotel located in the Mall. Clean and modern. Starbucks and food options nearby and nice pool area. Beach is a 2 block walk around the mall. The rooms lack any outdoor space so you have to go to the pool or the restaurant. Pool does not have bar service even though there is a bar it is not open. Over all good for a short stay but not a good longer term vacation hotel.

My hotel room was spacious and perfectly restful and quiet. All staff were kind and helpful. I loved the location. I spent a few hours a day at the nearby Oasis Beach, which is a 5-minute walk, right behind the La Isla shopping plaza. Oasis Beach is relatively uncrowded, with more locals than tourists. For more excitement, a quick taxi ride or city bus would take me downtown.

Excellent Hotel

The Fiesta Inn is excellent. The rooms are fantastic and the hotel staff are amazing. It is located is a high end shopping center. It’s safe and has everything you need (shops, restaurants, Starbucks etc.) I highly recommend this hotel.

A few days later some cleaner put used and almost finished toilet paper for us to use, how unsanitary and disgusting! The room was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. They only give one coffee pack and two towels for a king room. Make sure to ask for more. Only one elevator working and the one that works is very slow. Don’t do the breakfast buffet it was terrible, especially for over $30 cnd per person.

Our room, as well as the hotel in general, was very clean. Staff was pleasant. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the noise level in hallways and between rooms very loud. Connecting rooms should not exist!!! We asked if there were rooms with a balcony like the one we were in (one of four such rooms), and were told they were all connecting. Turns out there are non-connecting rooms...
