Staff were wonderful, friendly helpful. Had an unexpected issue with fridge in the room, they wasted no time even though it was late in the evening, they replaced the fridge. Beach and bar area was very relaxing and clean.

The Marriott is a terrific resort. The staff are excellent and the restaurants delicious. We only had one issue. We booked a 3rd floor room and were given a 9th floor then an 8th floor room. One of our guests is terrified of heights so was uncomfortable in that room but we were told there were no other rooms available. Booked through Expedia. Next time will confirm through hotel which floor we’re on.

Rooms are worn out. I read somewhere they’ll renovate soon. Staff is friendly but they look bored, very off character for a Mexican resort. My main concern was food. Brkfst Buffett was terrible and restaurants were meh. Pool is amazing and it is so close to airport that it pains me not to go back, but I wouldn’t.

The ocean view room was lovely. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds around the pool was relaxing and provided a lovely view of PV There was a corporate event that made relaxing by the pool noisy, but it was only for one day. The poolside area could have benefitted from a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

Was there for a week, our room was always clean and restocked with fresh towels every day. Loved the small fridge that allowed us to keep cold beer in our room.The 2 beers and soda they keep in the fridge is top dollar, for the price of one of their beers i bought a 6 pack at the grocery store in the Marina. also yummy snacks, chips peanuts, fresh mexican bread for morning coffee. The coffee at the hotel is fantastic, loved our morning Lattes on our ocean view balcony. The best cocktails i had was at the tapas bar which used to be the lobby bar. Their Champions sports bar did not offer draft beer beer, and neither did the pool bars. The pool temperature is nice and warm, it stays open until 9:00PM saw some people in there past 9. The hotel staff told me the hotel will undergo major construction in may with additional towers being added. and 2 new restaurants added including a Italian restaurant.

The pool side service and space was the best part of the trip! The cabanas were lovely. Silvestre and Bibiana made sure we had reservations. Also, the pool service staff and bar staff were awesome. Raul was exceptional and graciously checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If it wasn't for the hotel's other problems, we would have made this place a regular getaway.
