"We stayed for one night as we departed Vallarta the next morning. The property is dated, towels were old kind of gray looking, no wash cloths, it was a regular room. I would not stay here for a full week. The location is close to the airport. "

"Everything but the check in was wonderful. The front desk staff were very unhelpful. They tried to sell me a timeshare instead of check me in and let me know what the resort offers. We then missed out on all the offers and tried to get help and they denied helping."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother. Aside from that, the food was 100% good, and authentic as we have come to expect from Puerto Vallarta, the view was very impressive, and the proximity to everything was very good. I would stay here again, maybe brush up on my Spanish though as it is popular with locals as well."

"I don’t like being charged for absolutely everything the hotel does for us. Example charging me for early checkin is just a money grab. Charging me for late checkout is a money grab. Stop it! Ppl are sick and tired of your hands in our pockets for everything. "

"Wonderful family activities. Lots for kids to do. Beautiful beach. The pool got a bit crowded at times and the food was only so so but it was a great resort with many activities for all ages and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay immensely."
