"Not a good relaxing place to be at!!! Room service needs to be called multiple times if there’s a problem in the room like the clogged bathroom sink in our case. Overwhelming packed pools, beach lounge chairs are limited and if you want to have a lounge near the shore, you have to rent umbrellas and chairs. Food was average we ended up going out for food or using uber eats. They have one restaurant that needs reservation but we ended up moving our reservation from a Tuesday to Thursday but the staff doesn’t speak English we ended up loosing our reservation which was a bit annoying and we already planned ahead we ended up again going downtown to have dinner. Krystal Vallarta is a waste of money! "

"Had a great time here....beach side beds were where we spent our days and it was great, food and drinks were good. Made to order omelettes in the morning were the best!!!"

"The property itself is very beautiful. But the rooms are very poorly maintained. We did not have any hot running water for our shower. The pool for the swim-up rooms (2) that we reserved was very dirty very poorly kept chipped tile, uneven steps. The kitchen staff was absolutely wonderful but the receptionist that greeted us was very unpleasant. (Alex) he did explain how to make the reservation for the restaurants on the property. We arrived at 1:30 and and had asked for early check in and was not allowed to go to our rooms till after 4:30 . "

"Was advised we would have to upgrade to a more expensive room as economy room max was one dog. Despite the hotel policy listings showing 2 digs and our staying in the same room one month previously the front desk clerk insisted we needed to upgrade. After a conversation with the manager we were ok to stay in economy."

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad. En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja. Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días. En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."
